SHIPPING
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We offer domestic shipping and international shipping.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
All orders made Monday - Thursday before 4pm (EST) will be processed asap on the same day. Orders made on Friday after 3pm will be processed on Saturday.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
DOMESTIC: All standard orders arrive within 2 - 3 business days. All overnight orders arrive in 1 business day.
INTERNATIONAL: All orders arrive within 7 - 14 business days.
ALL ORDERS MADE ON FRIDAY AFTER 3PM WILL BE DISPATCHED ON MONDAY!
HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once your order is confirmed and processed you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information. When the label of your traceable order is scanned you will be able to track your order.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We are unable to cancel orders once placed. If you need to make a size modification please email us immediately info@faymadonnabeauty.com. We generally process orders in stock items immediately, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
CAN I ADD ON TO AN ORDER?
Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and email us. We’ll be happy to waive shipping on this additional order if it was placed within 24 hours of the original order.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and hygienic reasons, we are NOT accepting any returns or exchanges.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY TAXES & DUTIES?
Import tariffs and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country, may apply to your order. The duties and taxes fee is calculated as a percentage of the merchandise's dollar value. This is only a guideline, and it may differ based on the country to which the order was shipped. For particular amounts and percentages, you need contact your local customs agency.
We have no control over and are not liable for any customs or taxes imposed on your package. Additional expenses for customs clearance will be your responsibility. Customs policies differ greatly from nation to country; for more information, please contact your local customs office. Note that customs authorities may delay the delivery of selected products on rare occasions.
We are required by law to declare all things at their full price and are unable to reduce this amount in order to reduce international customs fees.
You are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, tariffs, and/or taxes incurred on the delivery, as well as the cost of returning the product to Faymadonna Beauty, if you refuse a shipment from Faymadonna Beauty. The cost of this item will be deducted from your refund. The package will be abandoned and you will not be repaid if the return charge exceeds the value of the product plus shipping fees.
